STP S.r.l. has seriously considered the privacy of its customers by adapting its implemented procedures according to current legislation.
Hereby STP S.r.l. informs you as follows:
• Data acquisition of employees in B2B relationships
The services offered by STP S.r.l., as in this case, can be B2B. The service provided to a legal entity customer may result in the acquisition by STP S.r.l. of some personal data of the Client's or Supplier's employees. This information can be acquired to facilitate communication between STP S.r.l. and the Customer / Supplier for the following purposes:
- administrative and accounting purposes
- urgent communications on the status of the services
- customer satisfaction surveys
- any additional purposes specifically provided for in the contract
In particular, common personal data such as names, email addresses and telephone numbers may be acquired: for the above mentioned purposes, data belonging to particular categories or relating to criminal convictions and offenses will not be acquired (articles 9 and 10 GDPR).
The data acquired by STP S.r.l. can be registered in lists (paper or computerized lists) or through the use of company management systems, and used exclusively for the purposes indicated above by personnel authorized to carry out such processing activities. The storage of these data will take place for the entire duration of the relationship between STP S.r.l. and the Customer / Supplier, except for any requests for rectification, modification or cancellation by the Customer or the interested party.
With reference to the above, regardless of whether the service is rendered as a Data Controller or Data Processor, the contact details of STP S.r.l. are given and are to be used for any reason related to the processing of personal data to which STP Srl, in compliance with current legislation, undertakes to provide a clear reply within thirty days .
